At 9:00, the doors to the Digital Recruitment Fair 2023 open!

We're delighted that you've registered for the Online Recruitment Fair!
You're receiving this email because you've signed up to participate in the fair.

The fair is free of charge, and you can participate via a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

You can access the fair by clicking the link here.
You'll find your login details in the email you received when you registered.

If you can't find it, search for "no-reply@virtualdays.com."

In this email, we've gathered useful information for the fair.
Practical information:

When:
September 21. Live chats are open from 09:00 to 16:00.
You can log in whenever you like and return multiple times throughout the day.

After 16:00 on September 21, the fair will still be open but without live chat.
It will remain open 24/7 until Thursday, September 28, at 23:59, giving you ample opportunities to revisit the booths, search for available jobs, and watch webinars you may have missed.

Technical information:
👉🏼 The Recruitment Fair is best experienced through the Chrome web browser.
👉🏼 We recommend logging in via a computer. Otherwise, you may miss out on some features as it's a sophisticated platform.
👉🏼 If something isn't working correctly on the website, try logging out and back in, and redo your matching form.

If you're not already logged in, click on the login button at the top right.
Enter your username and password. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "reset password."

Update the matching form in the left menu.
This is necessary for you to see all the job offers and fully participate in the fair while being matched with the right employers!
You need to do this even if you filled it out when you registered earlier.
In the left menu, you can click on the "available jobs" button and use the filtering tool to sort out exhibitors with the most suitable jobs based on your preferences.

Press "Enter"
In the reception, you can watch a video on how to get the most out of your visit to the fair. You'll find it above the reception desk. From here, you can proceed to the fairgrounds where the booths are.
You can also ask your questions to any of us staffing the chat and click on the lectures that the fair offers.

On the left side of your screen, you'll see a menu to help you navigate the fair. It includes buttons for booths, lectures, live rooms, and your personal page. If you have questions, you can find answers under "Help" or "FAQ." Keep in mind that the best experience is on a computer, but you can log in from a mobile or tablet.

The Chrome web browser is preferred, and Safari works too. However, the platform is not compatible with Explorer/Edge.

In the exhibition hall
From the reception, you can move on to our exhibition floors. There, you can choose which booths you want to visit.

Above each booth, you'll find a percentage, which gives you an indication of whether there are jobs that match your experience and skills (which you filled in earlier in the matching form).
You can watch videos, find information, and chat directly with the exhibitor.

For some exhibitors, there's a round circle with an image next to the booth. Click on it, and you'll receive a greeting directly from the exhibitor!
To start a video in an exhibitor's booth, click on the TV screen or the "Videos" button.

Under the "Available Jobs" or "Courses" button, you'll find what the exhibitor offers. From there, you can click "interested" to go to the respective exhibitor's registration page.

Explore the booths, and remember, they are eager to meet you! Feel free to initiate contact via the chat.
Inside the fair, exhibitors can also reach out to you, which is both friendly and useful!
